The Pulse Race
In the eternal search for the prefect track I had a new idea. In a good flowing circuit you shouldn’t spend too long in the corners. It can be a long fast one or a brief tight one but it’s the repetition of the duration of the corner and the interval between them. Which is why The Dorp Loop didn’t quite satisfy. The A to E twisty bit took too long compared to the rest of the track. This one was an attempt to get that squeeze-release rhythm going.

Might look a bit boring but each corner is different and it worked well to prove my point at the time. Sadly though, following too many crashes of beautiful delicately tuned cars, this was where we gave up on the digital dream.
